Wryyyyyyyyyy

I spent a good amount of the day doing research for and attempting to write an essay for my Shakespeare class. It's 3-5 pages double spaced so it's short, but it's still an essay. I had a good title, a clever opening quote, a good intro, and I'd started working on the body.

Halfway through my best quote - my main quote - I realized that I'd been misreading the last line. The correct reading of the last line rendered my entire thesis invalid.

So I need a new topic - hell, a new essay - by Monday.

Thank you, life. 'Preciate that.

I'm so sorry... I've done something similar before... I've thought I had some brilliant things to say about quotes or passages that I have remembered wrong. And then I have to think up things to say about the actual text, which are never quite as interesting.
