I think a lot of people are going to be overwhelmed by having their full powers back after so long.

Derek will just stand there for a second, gaze looking slightly upward, listening to the other Agents from their ships, assuming he doesn't somehow meet them before. After... it will depend on the situation. He may get a little emotional just because he's so relieved, but if he's fighting, he'll start dancing right away.
