BOY am I out of it.
So work went well last night. I managed to get a $100 pledge on a pledge card...how, I really don't know...I heard the guy's dog barking in the background, asked him about it...told him I had a greyhound...we chatted...I asked him for money...he promised me $100 on a pledge card...I was amazed...
The only other donation I got last night was another pledge card for $50. It was a *very* slow night indeed.
The fact that I stayed up until about 2 reading Ansem's Retort and generally procrastinating on my Sociology homework (which did indeed get done, miraculously) didn't really help matters. I set my alarm for seven.
I woke up, rolled over, looked at the clock. 7:03. I waited what felt like a few minutes and looked at the clock again. 7:53. My Sociology class was at 8.
I have never gotten ready so quickly in my life. I am also very loopy because of the lack of sleep.
Tonight we're going to go see an act called "Three Comedians" at the Sandbar. I have discovered that, when I am as tired as I am now, stuff gets a lot funnier.
Hopefully such will be the case. ^^
