Yeah, if it's horror, I've probably never seen it, as I am a complete wuss. The program with half a face is actually really early in the movie, when Sam first arrives on the grid and gets picked up by the Recognizer and strapped in between several programs:
Program on left: Not the games not the games not the games... Sam: *looks at program on right* What's his problem? Program on right: *looks at Sam, has HALF A FACE AAAAAAA, snarls* Sam: o_o
