Oh yeah, I remember that now! Mostly because it seemed to be the 'now I've started, I'LL NEVER STOP' type of screaming. Though somehow this is still less freaky than things I remember from Disney films as a kid, like the Jafar genie, Robin Hood nearly being dead, and that über-creepy spider coach from Beauty and the Beast.
