First of all, I wasn't rooting for either team (because they weren't the Broncos or the Vikings), so I yelled for everything.
Steelers #92, who is a lineman, intercepting a pass in the end zone and running 100 yards, getting tackled around the 2 and landing on his head in the end zone for a touchdown. Lineman is freaking hardcore.
Wondering how much the Steelers paid the referees. They were a tad bit biased, it seemed.
The last five minutes of the last quarter. I have never heard so much screaming during a single Super Bowl, both in the stands and at the party I was attending.

Finally: Transformers 2 preview. I about died from awesome.
