I had a rhyming flight attendent on Southwest tonight. Her name was Tina. I was kind of expecting oversized headpones, but no dice.

LAX was teeeeeerrible. So many delays. FOUR HUNDRED DELAYS.

...not quite that many, but I couldn't pass up the reference. Looks like all the traffic we were expecting on the 405 was in the air over LAX instead.

But I made it home safe. Going to a football game tomorrow. Leaving to return to Pepperdine on Sunday. The high tomorrow is 25. Farenheit.

I've noticed the flight attendants/pilots on Southwest are always just a tad bit off. Our pilot was making swoosh sound effects and whee noises over the intercom while we were taking off one time. It makes the flight experience a little lighter for those afraid to fly, I guess xDD

He was making jokes before hand, so the mood was a bit light already. When we were taking off, he was like "Ok, guys, here we go! *makes gearing up noises as we go down the run way* vroooooom, vrooom, vrooooooooom.....ok, we've been cleared for take-off! whhhhheeeeeeeEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! 8D"

I'd be more afraid of the fact that he probably smoked something before flying XD

I think this is one of those things where I think I've told everybody and then I mention it and people go "you whut?" So that's on me. |D I don't think we can either - everything's pretty tightly scheduled today and tomorrow. I figure so long as I don't freeze to the bleachers, I should be alright XD

Southwest used to do that all the time, but I guess it's a rarity now =( The closest I got was an overwhelmingly underwhelmed attendant who drawled "or whatever" throughout his instructions.
