Stuff Happens.

Saturday. Hmmmmm Saturday.

Saturday was, for the most part, quite uneventful. I slept until nearly noon. ^^; I think the only times I sleep that late are when I've been playing laser tag from midnight until six (we love the lock ins, yes we do), and then I tend to sleep until one. I guess I was just reeeeeally tired. XD;

Then my roomie and I watched V for Vendetta and outlined our papers. I'll never be able to look at that movie the same way again, simply because my wonderful roomie pointed out that Hugo Weaving played both V and Agent Smith.

... -.o;

Then I went with  selanand a few other friends to see Happy Feet. ZOMG DANCING PENGUINS. If you don't go for any other reason, go to see the penguins dance. They are made of YES and WIN.

...and please tell me I'm not the only one who knows what it means when I say Savion Glover did all the tap dancing for that movie. Please, please tell me I'm not the only one.

And the soundtrack is also made of YES and WIN. And if anybody wants it I can certainly send it to them. :D

So that was Saturday.

Sunday was pretty mundane. Church, work (which was unbelievably and painfully long), finishing touches on the film paper (most of which I'd managed to do at 2 that morning), turn in said paper, and finally the sorority Christmas party. Fun, fun, and more fun. :)

So now we turn to the events at hand: Dead Week, and beyond that, Finals.

Finals Schedule is as follows:
Polisci: Monday, 10:30 AM
Psych: Monday, 7:30 PM
Sociology: Tuesday, 8:30 AM
Religion: Wednesday, 10:30 AM
Harry Potter: Thursday, 1:30 PM

Those first two days are going to be hell. PoliSci and psych are going to be regular tests, but psych is always really freaking hard. That, and the slot is until 10:00 PM (and I'm praying it doesn't last that long). My one and only cumulative final, the one I have to get a high B on if I want to pass the class with a low B, is early the next morning. That is going to SUCK.

But I will work hard, work with it, and pray like a zealot. (I'll probably also be begging to spend some time at lynxgriffin's house, so be prepared. ^^;) 

I've discovered my roomie makes me feel guilty if I don't study. That's a good thing. It means I'll study more and harder.

And nobody will make pie with me. ;o; It saddens me greatly.

And to top it all off, random stuff-things-like-yeah. *headdesk*

I'm going to end up spending over $200 on Christmas presents this year. Part of me is freaking out from major sticker shock, but the other part of me knows it'll feel really good giving those gifts (even though everybody already knows what they're getting). The other part of this is, I can afford to do this and I know it. So I'm doing it. I may just have to wait until some time tomorrow before I have the confidence to push the Check Out button on Amazon.com. XD;

Speaking of Christmas presents, does anybody know what  corriellewants? I can't seem to get ahold of her.

And randomly, because I found this to be really weird, AIM went totally batshit on me tonight. I was trying to DC with yuukihikari, and for some reason everything she sent me ended up in the window I already had open with lynxgriffin. In addition to that, everything Lynx said also ended up in that window. I ended up disconnecting and reconnecting, and lo and behold, it was all fixed.

I still have no idea what happened. Chalk it up as one of the mysteries of the internet.

I'm finally unstuck in Golden Sun. Hooray! :D

And I finished another drabble for my challenge today. Hooray! :D I think I'll start keeping a running count.

I wish you luck on that massively evil amount of finals. I should do some drabbles. I'm not sure if I want to do picture or story drabbles though, not to mention I really want to start my Pokimorzation pics. (Yes. Bad name. I'm just calling it that until I can think of something better. XD)
