Considering I'm giving the game back on Thursday, I'd say that's an adequate feeling.

I've had two "Adventures in Shopping" moments trying to find it for less than $50.

The first was at Target. I asked if they stocked it. The guy who answered me was very nice, took me to it, quoted the price($50)...and asked me if I was buying it for my little brother.

My little brother wasn't even there.

Ever have one of those days where everybody else seems to be busy while you sit around wondering what in seven hells is going on? That's kind of what this day has been like.

I laughed out loud at that strip this morning. My mother didn't get it, and I had to explain it to her...two IB moments in less than five minutes. That's a record.

I suppose I will be even less lucid in two days...my friends and I are watching the last 13 episodes of Excel Saga tomorrow night. Hellooooooooooooooo, insanity!

So I've been neglecting my LJ for a long time...what can I say, I was in Boise without internet. (That, and I spend waaaaaaaaay too much time in the Ctrl+Alt+Del forums. But I admit to nothing. >> )
I randomly started over my Pokemon Yellow cartridge a couple of days ago. Now I have over eight hours clocked and a team named entirely after video game characters. (You know there's something wrong with you when you name your Pikachu "Raiden." Bring on the white jackets.) So then I went out and bought a Crystal cartridge...because I could, I guess...>>
I'm also trying to get through Golden Sun. "Trying" is, of course, the operative word in that phrase. I'm getting my rear handed to me by a desert. No, not the creatures in the desert...the desert itself. Only in that game...jeez...
