I emailed all my roomies for next year last night, and I've already received replies from
amorsinseramada (my roomie all last year) and one of them. We're waiting on the other, but it sounds like we're all going to get along well. Hurrah. :D We've also got a gigantic shopping trip to Target semi-planned for when we arrive. We've got our own apartment; we'll need dishes and stuff.
I'm trying to listen to today's Paul Harvey, but Media Player isn't buffering it very well. It could very well be because I've got the Doctor Who Season 3 OST downloading in the next window, but eh. Worth it. :D
Mom and I are going to see Iron Man tomorrow. Yes, we're staying until the end of the credits. We always do. XD
Les, the manager from On the Border, was supposed to call me today and did not. I called OtB and was told today was his day off and he'd be in at 3:30 tomorrow. This, of course, means I'll be calling OtB at 3:35 tomorrow afternoon.
( Tonight's Idol episode. Criminy. )Yeah, I'm done rambling about reality TV now. XD
I'm seriously *this close* to taking on two new muses, one in each RP. For Daisychain it'd be Chisame, and for Paixao...Raiel.
Yep. I'm that crazy.
Problem is - and this is incredibly stupid - I feel nervous playing them with their canonmates. I mean, if one of my characters is in a new situation interacting with people from different canons, then there's precedence as to how they'd react to that certain
type of person, but not that person specifically. There's wiggle room. Interacting with other canon characters, who have well-established relationships and interactions in canon settings but not in this new setting...like I said, it makes me nervous. I feel like I have to Do It Right when I'm not 100% certain what "right" would be in this particular situation. The only exceptions to this rule are Luxord and Vexen (because they act the same to virtually everybody, and somehow they're just that much smoother when it comes to interacting with other org members) and Flonne (because Jen has me
beaten whipped trained well).
That, and in case we haven't noticed, I'm really bad at this whole idea of Crack. It's hilarious, but I'm not a crazy!humor person, I'm a snarky!sarcastic!punny!humor person. I don't know if I can effectively pull off talking mouse companions and near-constant poorly-timed nosebleeds. I just have no idea. XD;

Aside from all that...my birthday's in a bit more than a week. Hurrah. :3
